THE DISCUSSION OF THE PORT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM IN THE REGION ARONUD BO SEA |

Abstract Now the region around Bo Sea became the economic developing focus in China, the porttransportation-system has an important role in the transportation of the region around Bo Sea. In this article, based on the port transportation system developing ground of the region around Bo Sea, including the regional developing ground, the native developing ground and internal developing ground, the author discussed the developing situation and the existing problem of the port transportation system, the developing situation including:the composition of the port transportation system, the rank of the ports, the throughput of the ports, the economic geographical location of the ports etc, the existing problem include:①the transportation supply of the ports being not enough, the productive ability of the ports is surplus, which cause the waste of the ports equipment;②being devoid of synthetic plan and macroscopical controlling, there is not the cooperation among ports;③there is a situation that three ports, including DaLian port, QingDao port, TianJin port, compete for the international junction ports of container traffic, which cause a lot of chaotic competition;④the technology of the information system about ports develop slowly, which reduced the productivity of the work. In the final of this article, the author put forward a lot of polices, which accelerate the establishment of the port transportation system:①planning the port transportation system as a whole, strengthen its macroscopical management;②defining division of the function about the ports, establishing the international junction ports of container traffic in the north of China;③perfecting the function of the ports, building the table of the port logistics;④strengthening building of the port bridge fort, developing the land bridge economy;⑤building the modern information management system of the ports, enhancing establishment of the soft environment about the ports and so on.
